Peace after the storm

Having worked more hours in overtime this last week than I care to remember, work flow has slowed down now...if the weather were better I would use up some flexi-time and enjoy the summer. However, with the wet and windy we have at present it has to be Wimbledon.

As it is now 7.45am---I gotta get off for work---so I will update this as the day progresses.

Have a good one---everybody.

So here I am at the end of another day---a day that has not been too busy (thankfully) but has been spent ensuring that we have sufficient working papers to support our published accounts which will soon be on http://www.portsmouthcc.gov.uk/ ...look if you dare.

The weather today has been what can best be described as changeable. Over a three mile ride---the weather was fine on leavign work---I then had to change into water-proofs half way home as we had a downpour---but by the time I got home, the roads nearby were dry...how amd is that!!

On getting home I made myself a fresh orange drink using the new juicer/blender we bought at the weekend...whilst the drink was nice, I am wondering if it is worth all the hassle of peeling the fruit and then washing the juicer out. Quicker to open a carton from ASDA!
