yes--it's one of those definitions that you have to guess the word. Easy when you know how ---bit like watching a contestant one "Who wants to be a Millionaire!"---frustrating when you see them dilly-dallying over a question that to the most simple person alive could answer. e.g. What is red? Is it Tony Blair's face when questioned about Iraq, a colour, a newspaper or the home strip of that team who play along the coast? 50/50, or phone a friend---wish I could do the latter!
Time for reflection by the polly-tickle parties. Vox Populi has decreed TB is a spent force and DC is a force to be reckoned with. North of the border, Alex Salmon (sic) is probably blushing a shade of pink for not totally trouncing not-so-new Labour in the push for Independence.
Ah well----moving on...today I sent my daughter some flowers to let her know that her daddy really does care for her-----planned for them to be delivered whilst she was at home this morning but seems she was probably still asleep in bed when they arrived so florist left them with a neighbour.....(bet the neighbour thought her luck was in).....as they say---the best laid plans etc
Took a call today from a friend wanting to call on my knowledge of statistics.........I tried to sound intelligent but in reality didn't have a clue what she was talking about----lol---still----if I can't help, I know a man who can! At least I learned what a mode is.
